AI BOT's
AI bots, or bots based on artificial intelligence, are becoming an integral part of various processes in business and life. There are different types of such bots, each of which performs its unique task.
Chatbots
These bots are designed for communication with users. They can answer questions, engage in conversation, or perform actions upon request, such as creating an order or assisting with navigation on the website. Chatbots can be simple (based on pre-defined responses) or more complex (using neural networks to generate responses).

Voice bots
Voice assistants, such as Siri, Alexa, and Google Assistant, are examples of voice bots. They can execute commands, answer questions, and control devices. They use speech recognition and natural language processing technologies to communicate with users.
Technical bots (scripts)
These bots perform automated tasks such as system monitoring, data collection, or executing routine operations. They do not interact directly with users, but are important for ensuring the stability of system operations.

Recommendation bots
They are used in the e-commerce and entertainment sectors, helping users choose products, movies, or music based on their preferences. Such bots analyze user behavior data and provide personalized recommendations based on this.

Intelligent agents
These bots can perform more complex tasks, such as scheduling meetings, analyzing data, or automating workflows. They often use machine learning and can learn from previous experiences.
